This survey is being undertaken by researchers at Curtin University and the University of South Australia. The research is funded by the Australian Research Council and the survey has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee at Curtin University under approval number HR18/2011.
The survey contains questions about your work in aged care and should take you about 30 minutes to complete. Further instructions and information about the survey are included at the beginning of the survey.
